The Creative Coast has announced that Technology and Innovation Strategist SuAnne Fu will take the stage as a keynote speaker at the 2024 GRIT Conference. Fu joins a lineup of standout keynotes, panelists, and workshop hosts at the upcoming two-day innovation conference, covering topics on entrepreneurship, technology, and creativity. GRIT will take place at the Savannah Civic Center from February 29 to March 1, 2024.
Fu has over 20 years of industry experience in immersive computing and creative technology. During her time on faculty at the Savannah College of Art and Design, she has earned the Professor Emerita honor for her years of contribution to higher education and is currently serving as the Dean of the School of Creative Technology. She specializes in fundamental interactive theories, cultural impacts of technology, and methods in which applications of technology and human interaction extend to experiential design. Her current focus concentrates on strategies between education and industry for future talent preparation and technology adoption.
In addition to Fu, GRIT recently announced a new talk and panels. Phillip Scroggin will speak on how to identify value among customers for stronger outcomes in “The Profit Minority Report: Forecasting Your Best Future Customers.” Scroggin is the founder and Managing Director at Sol Insights, a growth marketing firm centered on everyday businesses. He is also the host of the weekly business podcast Good Morning, Market.
